Follow these steps to complete this service.
Submit Documents
Submit your complete application forms and plans to the Receiving Section. The Engineering Office will schedule a site inspection.
Assessment
Once your application passes the site inspection and technical review, you will receive an Order of Payment.
Pay Fees
Proceed to the Municipal Treasurer's Office and pay the ₱500.00 permit fee to secure your Official Receipt.
Claim Permit
Final StepReturn to the Engineering Office with your receipt to claim your approved Fencing Permit and construction tarpaulin.

- Latest Real Property Tax Declaration.
- Real Property Tax Certification/Clearance (Amilyar) from the Land Tax Office.
- Barangay Clearance specifically for fencing purposes.

- Duly accomplished application forms (Signed and sealed by licensed professionals).
- Lot Plan (Must indicate the length of the fence and the location/width of the gates).
- Building Plans (Required only if the fence is higher than 1.00 meter).
