Follow these steps to complete this service.
Submit & Evaluation
Submit your request letter and clearances to the Engineering Office. The team will conduct a safety inspection and evaluate the report.
Order of Payment
Once the evaluation and inspection are clear, the administrative staff will issue an Order of Payment.
Pay Fees
Proceed to the Municipal Treasurer's Office and pay the ₱980.00 Annual Inspection Fee.
Claim Certificate
Final StepReturn to the Engineering Office and present your Official Receipt to claim your Annual Inspection Certificate.

- Photocopy of Building Permit and Occupancy Permit.
- Latest Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC).

- Preventive Maintenance Report and Insulation Resistance Test.
- Latest Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI).
