Follow these steps to complete this service.
Submit & Inspection
Submit your electrical plans and forms. The Engineering team will visit your property to inspect the safety of your electrical installation.
Assessment
Once your installation passes the physical inspection, you will be issued an Order of Payment.
Pay Fees
Proceed to the Municipal Treasurer's Office and pay the computed fees to secure your Official Receipt.
Claim CEI
Final StepPresent your receipt to the Engineering Office to claim your official Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CEI). You can now submit this to Meralco.

Core Documents (For All Applicants)
3 items to prepare
- Completely filled out and signed Electrical Permit Form.
- Proof of ownership (Deed of Sale, Land Title, etc.).
- Latest Tax Payment Receipt (Amilyar).
For New Connections
2 items to prepare
- Floor Plan (1 Original, 1 Photocopy).
- Electrical Plan signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (1 Original, 1 Photocopy).
For Reconnections & Upgrades
3 items to prepare
- Photocopy of your old Meralco Bill.
- For Upgrades: Schedule of Load signed by an Electrical Engineer.
- For Reconnections: Previous Certificate of Electrical Inspection.
