Follow these steps to complete this service.
Submit Requirements
Submit your Occupancy Permit, Building Plans, and property documents to the Municipal Assessor's Office for evaluation.
Schedule Inspection
The Assessor's team will schedule and conduct an ocular inspection of your new building to determine its current market value and assessment level.
Pay Assessment Fees
Proceed to the Municipal Treasurer to pay the Inspection Fee (₱250) and Sworn Statement Fee (₱50). Note: Late filings under Sec. 203 of RA 7160 will incur a higher Sworn Statement fee of ₱120.
Claim Updated Tax Dec
Final StepOnce processed, claim your new Tax Declaration which now includes the assessed value of your new building/improvement.
