Follow these steps to complete this service.
Submit Application
Present the duly accomplished marriage license form and all requirements to the LCR staff for checking.
Pay Fees
Proceed to the Municipal Treasurer's Office to pay the applicable fees (License Fee, Family Planning Fee, Posting Fee, etc.).
Process & Posting
Return your Official Receipt to the LCR. Your application will be processed and will undergo the mandatory 10-day posting period.
Claim License
Final StepReturn to the LCR on the given release date (after 10 days) to claim your signed Marriage License.

- Birth Certificate (1 original copy).
- Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from PSA (1 original copy).
- Residence Certificate or Cedula (1 original copy).
- Certificate of Family Planning / FP Seminar (Every Thursday & Friday 12:30pm at the Population Office).
Additional Requirements (If Applicable)

- If below 25 years old: Personal Appearance of Parents is required.
- If having a church wedding: Certificate of Marriage Counseling from the church.
- If foreigner: Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry from the embassy.
- If widow/widower: Death Certificate of the Deceased Spouse.
- If annulled: Certification of Judicial Decree of Annulment from the Trial Court.
