Filing & Evaluation
Submit your erroneous PSA certificate and all heavy supporting documents (including medical records if changing Sex/DOB) to the LCR.
Payment & Publication
Pay the total fee of ₱6,400. This includes the heavy ₱3,000 Filing Fee and the ₱3,000 mandatory Newspaper Publication fee required by law.
Processing Period
Wait for 5 to 6 months while the PSA Head Office reviews your petition and updates the national database.
Claim Finality
Final StepClaim your Certificate of Finality from the LCR once the correction is approved nationwide.
