Filing & Evaluation
Submit your erroneous PSA certificate and all supporting documents proving the correct spelling to the LCR.
Payment
Pay the Filing Fee (₱1,000), Processing Fee (₱200), Posting Fee (₱50), and Certificate of Finality (₱150) at the Treasurer's Office.
Processing Period
Wait for 5 to 6 months. Your request will be forwarded to the PSA Head Office for approval and system updating.
Claim Finality
Final StepOnce approved, claim your Certificate of Finality from the LCR, confirming the correction is successful.
